UNIFORMS: All U8 teams and above will now be required to wear a CAA purchased uniform which consists of two (2) jerseys, one (1) pair of shorts and one (1) pair of socks. The cost for this is $30.00 and must be purchased at the time of registration unless you are using one from a previous year. All U6 and U5 teams will continue to use the CAA shirts (blue/gold) and can be purchased for $18.00 or can be worn from a previous year. In addition to the CAA shirt(s) (blue/gold) each player must wear navy blue shorts and navy blue socks. Please select the appropriate uniform choice unless you already have the uniform from a previous year.




*Sock size will be determined based on your chosen shirt size
Liability/Medical Release: I hereby give my permission for my child to participate in the CAA soccer program. I certify that he/she is physically fit and that I will not hold CAA and/or representatives liable for any accidents and/or injuries incurred during the course of the season. I give permission to have my child transported and treated at any medical facility if injury is sustained or other medical services are required. I also understand that I will be responsible for payment of all such treatment.


We are offering an Early Bird Discount ($5 off) through February 10th. Registration will be closed on March 7th. Any registration received after that date will be assessed a $10 processing fee, with no guarantee of placement. No Registrations will be accepted after March 24th. There will be a $10 discount given to Head Coaches!
